Information regarding extension period of credit card minimum payment and late payment fee

Dear valued customer, in accordance with Bank Indonesia Press Release No.27/304/DKom, regarding the policy of credit card minimum payment of 5% from the total bill and late payment fee of 1% with a maximum of IDR100,000, the validity period has been extended until 30 June 2026.

Dear customers, we would like to remind you on cash swipe transactions activities. The activities are not in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) No.14/2/2012 regarding the Implementation of Card-Based Payment Instrument Activities (APMK).
If Bank identifies activities that are considered suspicious and not in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) No.14/2/2012. Bank has the right to block or close the customer's account.

Information regarding new update on Premier Banking statement date

Effective March 2025, PT Bank HSBC Indonesia will change Premier Banking statement date to the 3rd of each month. If the date falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the statement will be generated on the previous working day. Please see our Premier Banking notice (PDF).
